Carole Kammen
Carole Kammen holds a Master's degree in psychology and is the founder of Pathways Business Institute, a corporation dedicated to helping organizations build thriving workplaces. As a leading provider of Evolutionary Change Consulting , Carole is dedicated to helping organizations optimize the creativity, energy and talents of it's people to achieve and sustain outstanding results. Carole is known for her effective experiential programs, dynamic delivery and her ability to optimize team and individual performance.

Pathways Business Institute Associates

Tom Hehir
Tom Hehir is a Senior Consultant with Pathways Business Institute. Tom is an Organization Development consultant specializing in organizational effectiveness through leadership development, strategic planning and group development. Since 1991, he has consulted to government agencies, healthcare, high tech and finance organizations.

Tom was the co-developer and lead facilitator for the Stanford Leadership Institute, a five day applied leadership program for employees and faculty of Stanford University. He also co-developed and delivers a leadership program for Caltrans that included a ropes course as a method of learning about individual leadership skills. He designed the Core Supervision and Basic Leadership skills programs for non-physician managers at Kaiser Permanente Northern California. Tom developed a New Managers program for Sun Microsystems, Inc. He has taught leadership programs for Apple Computer, The Social Security Administration, E*Trade, and Bank of America.

Tom is a San Francisco native and earned his masters degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco in 1992. He majored in Political Science and graduated with a bachelors of science from Gonzaga University in 1981.

Jack Regan
Jack Regan is an Associate of Pathways Business Institute. He is also Principal of Metis Consulting Group, Inc., a management consulting and training firm whose mission is to initiate and build workplace communities where individuals and organizations realize the results that most matter to them. His work is dedicated to personal mastery, team competence and organizational growth through collaborative action.

A native of Boston, Mr. Regan has an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Boston University. He completed his undergraduate work at Northeastern University where he majored in Finance and Management. He is a member of the American Management Association and the American Society of Training and Development.

Prior to establishing his own practice, Mr. Regan was a senior consultant at Interaction Associates, where he was instrumental in the development of the firm's approach to team-based business solutions. Additionally, he is a former Financial Manager of the GTE Corporation where he led a financial staff in a start-up manufacturing operation.
